Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

• Research market opportunities in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of company products and services in hotel industry
• Create and execute marketing campaigns such as promotional events for company products and services.
• Gather information on competitors, such as their prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution.
• Track and document action items for company stand up meetings.
• Establish partnerships and communicate with buyers, retailers, hotel owners and suppliers to become the preferred/trusted partner.
• Assist Sales & Operations teams in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities.
• Complete assigned marketing reports to company executives and supplier partners in a timely manner such as monthly marketing details, events, incentive closure reports as well as quarterly reports, as needed.
• Engage and update social media to promote company brand in hotel industry.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance or related major
• Proficient knowledge of hotel industry analytics and tools for event planning.
